We are proud to offer Free Global Shipping on all orders placed through shopesse.com.

  • In-Stock Items: Orders for items currently in stock at our local fulfillment centers are processed and dispatched rapidly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Factory-Direct Items: To provide you with the best value and the latest production batches, certain items are shipped directly from our manufacturing facilities. For these items, please allow 4 to 12 business days for delivery.

  • Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price and are strictly the buyer's responsibility.

2. 15-Day Return Window

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

(Note for EU Customers: This policy fully complies with and extends the European Union's 14-day cooling-off period).

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. How to Initiate a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Costs

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
